Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series

This class is a Mysore style class with advice, adjustments and guidance from the teacher.

Vinyasa Class

This class will help the student to understand how to jump through and jump back, to improve the student’s physical ability through understanding how to use their bhandas to do the proper vinyasa.

  • Students are not allowed to come straight into the class. You have to come at least one day before to meet the teacher.
  • Students of all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners are welcome to join any of the classes at Sthalam8 Yoga Shala.
  • Drop-in classes are not available, a minimum of one week is required.
  • Classes run every day except on Saturdays and moon days.
  • Because of the special back-bending class on Sunday there is self-practice from 7.00 to 8.30am.
