Yoga is a collection of physical, mental and spiritual practices. Combined these practices have the intention of clarifying the mind and freeing the body of disease. Through this development of body and mind one begin the journey towards self realization.

The yoga shala will be closed from 15th April – 9th June.
Classes will resume with Prakash only on 10th June.
Ajay will be taking holiday from 1st April – 31st August and will return to teach from 1st September.
From September onwards there will be two classes only with limited space, therefore you must email ahead to book your place.
Ajay started practicing yoga at ten years old with BNS Iyengar at the Shri Pathanjala Yoga Shala at Parkala Mutt in Mysore; he soon discovered he had a passion for yoga. Practicing at the ParkalaMutt, Ajay developed a commitment and understanding for both the physical and spiritual dimensions of yoga, which have now become an integral part of his life.
